Site Migration for Tahitian Inn

This was a quick and easy project moving Tahitian Inn’s website, a hotel in Tampa, FL, from a niche, and now defunct, content management system called PageRoost over to WordPress. The site was designed by the same designer as my previous projects in 2019, but it was migrated in 2022. There were no major design changes, but there were some tweaks here and there to the styling (the font, and some of the alert messaging styling).

The site also needed to integrate minimally with their online booking platform, TravelClick.

Integration with TravelClick

For this integration, Tahitian Inn wanted a widget on every page that would allow users to select the dates for their stay, and the number of guests in their party in order to check availability at the property. Clicking on the check availability button redirects the user to the page for the online booking platform. The user’s selections carry over to the new page, but all of the booking happens at Travel Click.
